Christmas at the club
Swap the office for the grid. Give your Christmas get-together a different setting with time on the simulators and space to catch up away from the usual routine.
Get in touch with your preferred dates and approximate numbers. We will discuss the available simulator experiences, how the group can take turns and the time you would like for food and socialising.
More reasons to get together
Our group enquiries also cover birthdays, celebrations, corporate events and informal get-togethers with friends.
You do not all need the same level of simulator experience. Tell us about your group so we can talk through an approach that gives everyone a chance to enjoy it.
Food your way
Food can be arranged onsite, or the organiser can bring food by prior arrangement. Let us know which option you prefer when you enquire so we can agree the practical details.
We will need to discuss numbers, serving times, dietary needs and allergen information in advance. If you are bringing food, please agree any storage, preparation and serving requirements with us first.

Your enquiry
Send your preferred date, an alternative if possible, group size, occasion and ideal start time. Include whether you would like racing, flight experiences or a mix, and your food preference.
Please mention any access requirements and whether children will be attending so we can discuss suitability.
We will confirm the details
We will come back to you with availability and the proposed arrangements. Pricing, timings, payment terms and any food arrangements will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
An enquiry does not reserve a date. Contact us early for Christmas dates and other popular times.
